$25 per month for each additional active job. If you're consistently over 30, talk to us. There's a better arrangement than counting.
What an active job means
A job you're currently posting costs to. Closed jobs stay readable forever, keep their documents, and don't count against your fifteen.
Annual, if you prefer
$5,000 for twelve months, two months off the monthly rate. Monthly has no contract and no cancellation fee.
Multiple entities
Running separate books for separate LLCs, or need your own AI provider keys and a white-labeled client portal? That's a conversation, not a tier.

answers you
Automatic document reading is included up to 1,000 documents a month, which is well above what fifteen active jobs normally generate. If you're running high-volume scanned batches past that, we'll agree a number with you rather than let a surprise line appear on your invoice.
The details
Is there a free trial?
We do a walkthrough on one of your own bills first, because that answers more than a trial login would. If it looks right, we set you up with your real vendors and jobs imported, and you run a live billing cycle before you commit to a second month.
What happens if I go over 15 jobs mid-month?
Nothing breaks and nothing locks. We contact you and add the additional jobs at $25 each from the next billing period. You will never find out you were over by having a feature switched off.
Do I need an annual contract?
No. Monthly is month-to-month, cancel whenever, and your data stays exportable for 90 days after you stop. The annual rate exists because some builders prefer one invoice a year, not because we need to lock you in.
Is this instead of QuickBooks, or on top of it?
On top of it. QuickBooks Online stays your general ledger and your accountant keeps working the way they already do. Site OS is where the cost gets read, coded, approved, released and billed to your client. That's the work QuickBooks was never built to do.
What does onboarding actually involve?
A list of your vendors, your jobs, your cost classes and, if you have them, historical bills. We import in batches so you can check a slice before the rest commits, then merge the duplicate vendors every real dataset arrives with. Most offices are coding live bills the same week.
